Famine is an event for the youth, but it also includes participants from other local churches and organizations. It is a fund raising activity that focuses on hunger and medical needs in other parts of the world. During Famine, participants eat no solid food – they drink plenty of water, juice, sports drinks – and connect with sponsors who will fund their participation with those raised funds being sent to specific, known locations of need. For more information, contact Jeff Conrady.
