another, apply God's Word to their lives,
and reach beyond the circle of the group.
They are an important way in which we
discover the love of God and share it
together. |

PRAYER MINISTRY
|
|
We believe prayer is one of the foundations of the Christian life. Understanding the importance of prayer in the life of DBIC, we offer an opportunity on Wednesday evening to participate in intercessory prayer and an opportunity at the conclusion of our worship service to connect to someone from our Prayer Ministry Team as a prayer partner. The Prayer Ministry Team also provides opportunities throughout the year to participate in concerts of prayer and, on a weekly basis, partner with the pastoral staff to pray for needs that have been identified during Sharing and Prayer in our worship service, or noted on our Connection Cards. The Prayer Ministry Team is also actively involved in providing Formational Prayer through one-on-one counseling and Healing Prayer Groups.
